Annacare was founded with a simple belief: accessing quality nursing care should feel convenient, personal, and reassuring.
After more than a decade working in hospital and community healthcare, founder and registered nurse Anna saw firsthand some of the challenges patients and families can face when accessing care—from long waits and busy clinics to the difficulty of fitting appointments into everyday life.
In August 2024, she founded Annacare to offer another option: professional nursing services delivered directly to patients in the comfort of their own environment.
Today, Annacare provides personalized mobile nursing care to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Greater Montreal and surrounding areas.
Meet Anna
Anna Eid, RN, BScN
Founder & Registered Nurse
Anna graduated from Université de Montréal in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She began her nursing career in hospital cardiology before transitioning to community healthcare, where she gained extensive experience caring for patients of all ages. Over the course of her career, Anna developed expertise in vaccination, blood collection, pediatric and family nursing, postpartum and newborn care, wound care, travel health, and a wide range of community nursing services.
With more than a decade of pediatric experience, Anna understands the importance of creating a calm and reassuring environment for children and their families while providing the same personalized attention to every patient she cares for.
While continuing her work in the public healthcare system, Anna founded Annacare in 2024. As Annacare grew, she ultimately made the decision to dedicate herself fully to the company and to her vision of providing professional nursing care in a more personal and convenient way.
Our Approach to Care
At Annacare, convenience is only part of the experience.
We believe nursing care should never feel rushed or impersonal. Patients should feel listened to, respected, and confident in the care they receive.
By bringing nursing services directly to the home, workplace, or other convenient setting, Annacare helps eliminate unnecessary travel and waiting while making healthcare easier to fit into everyday life. This can be especially valuable for busy families, parents with young children, professionals, and anyone who appreciates receiving care in a familiar environment.
Our goal is to make every interaction straightforward, reassuring, and pressure-free. Patients can also contact Annacare during business hours with appropriate follow-up questions after their appointment, and laboratory results are shared promptly once received.
